#5 James Dean. The stand start manners and recent form propel him to the top of thoughts in this nice field. The Methven and Geraldine runs had merit from the front. A slick last 800m from the top will have them all gasping. 3rd $1.40
#2 Raukapuka Ruler. Entitled to be stopping from parked outside Tiger Thompson last start. He's better than the current form-line and can give this a shake if able to jump away with them. 1st $4.40 1.70
