#8 SHEFFIELD SPARKY. Not too be disgraced last time they went very quick in his last outing and he worked around and battled nicely enough. Wide draw not ideal but the small field will be helpful; Each Way. 2nd $4.00
R3 - 7.11PM
#4 GEMMA MAC. Really nice win last outing at Rangiora they ran a bit of time on that occasion and she did a bit of work. This is a field that's within range and may offer up some value; Each Way. 1st $5.70 1.50
R5 - 8.20PM
#1 CHASE AUCKLAND. He was pretty good in defeat set up a hot pace and was only napped late on the line. Similar draw so he will get the run of the race throughout. 2nd $1.30
R6 - 8.52PM
#2 HABIBI INTA. Not disgraced last start he was a bit rough in his gate but I would imagine that get's fixed. They ran time and he was chasing the trip, better draw tonight obvious include. 2nd $1.40
#9 MASSIVE METRO. Huge in defeat he worked and fought really well, will get a soft run throughout with this draw he just needs some luck. 3rd $2.30
#3 MAJESTIC MAN. Never got the run I expected but boy he got home well when most unlucky on night one. Better draw tonight obvious include. 1st $2.80 1.10. Quinella $5.60. Trifecta $51.00. First Four $108.70
#5 WINTERFELL. Got it done on the night and the Purdon/Rassmussen stable was huge, will have to be good tonight as all his main rivals are drawn better. 4th
R7 - 9.25PM
#5 CLASSIE BRIGADE. Never in the hunt on the first night but he did a nice job in behind running on without being asked. Better draw I want him to blaze the arm and hurt them off the front. Value of the night. 4th ($3.00 Fixed Place)
Outside of this I found it tough to figure out how the race is going to pan out.

#3 TEMPORALE. He was super last start did plenty of work and only tired late, expect another great effort he will come out try lead and dictate. 1st $2.90 1.20 ($4.20 Fixed Win). Quinella $1.70
#1 MARCOOLA. Wasn't a fan of the drive not sure if I buy the standard driver explanation after the race. Great draw again won't do any work and the obvious include. 2nd $1.00
