A good day at Methven touted with the running of the mile features. Some of these fields do lack a little size though... I'd wait for the tote prices to work their way out on these runners as I do think the markets have opened a little too tight

#4 She Can Dance. Used gate-speed and found the line late at Geraldine. Looks much more tractable over the mobiles than the stands which should see a competitive effort today. 1st $3.60 1.40

#5 Playa Vista. Big rolling mare from a dam who did her best work on the green stuff too. A sound Methven workout win a couple of weeks back makes her a leading chance in this. Can pass maidens today. 1st $2.30 1.30

#6 Gimmefivemoreminutes. Passed the fresh-up test of Geraldine with flying colours from the front of things and this field doesn't look all that different. May look for the front again and be hard to run down. 1st $2.90 1.50

#3 Mossdale Rose. Excellent grass track record and drawn to follow the speed after early speed. Don't discount from going a decent race today. 2nd $3.10

#2 Il Parata. Going big races and loves a mobile. Should be thereabouts today and we like when the money is up and Colin is on. 3rd ND

#3 All About Henry. Known grass track type who was driven well last week at Banks to snare second. He gets in well here and must be a sound chance to take this out. 1st $2.70 1.20.

#3 Tyrons Bettor Ella. The Banks effort was a vast improvement on the Addington runs and the draw makes for good reading. Should give this a big shake today. 1st $2.60 1.60
