A tricky looking day at Methven today for us. Plenty to come out of the videos obviously but we're happy to sit and watch for most of these races today.

#17 Rituer. Good grass track form surrounding this runner. The Oamaru run was just a sit / sprint affair and I'm not entirely sure the horse was suited to leading up. Good form both here and behind Ideal Invasion at Geraldine. Can give an each-way sight from a running line sit in this.

#2 Soundslikeart. Just a little green at Banks but comes into a nice draw here and must be respected because of it. I'd prefer a lead / trail scenario here. 2nd $2.40
