#9 Donegal Bettorgretch. Sat parked on Tuesday but was brave in defeat and comes in a couple with the limited front line. I'd prefer her to be driven a little cold today and asked for a little bit of speed late. Each-way. 3rd $1.60

#11 Monbet. You wouldn't get me taking anywhere near the $1.35 on offer at the moment but that's not to say he isn't the best horse in the race. Given the even marks the field is off he does look the one and should win all things being equal. 1st $1.40 1.20
#7 Kyvalley Blur. A good run into things on Tuesday and the distance of the Dominion should play into his strengths. Will keep going and give the Aussies something to cheer on late. 3rd $2.50
#2 Bordeaux. Impressive Kaikoura win and comes into a nice draw today. He's stepping into open class so I'd need decent place odds of around $4.00 to really get all that interested. 4th

#8 Jack's Legend. Great effort in the sires stakes final. The field lacks depth so he looms as one you need to respect. 2nd $1.10
